
Title IX/ADA Office
The Title IX/ADA Office supports the University’s effort to promote and maintain equitable, safe and inclusive campus environment where students, faculty and staff are free from intimidation and can reach their fullest potential. The Office is responsibility for working with the University community to integrate diversity programs into all educational programs or activities and the University’s administrative functions.
Guiding Principles
- Training and educating the campus on sexual harassment, gender discrimination, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assaults
- Overseeing the University response to complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and compliance violations.
- Providing accommodations for those with disabilities in the classroom, workplace, or living learning communities
- Providing information on policies and procedures as it pertains to Title IX and ADA.
