Open Enrollment for the 2027 plan year will take place Oct. 26 through Nov. 6, 2026.

During this period, active Langston University employees should access the benefits administration system to review and confirm their 2027 benefit elections.

To review the benefits administration system, go to http://my.langston.edu, click on the Employee tab, and then click “Benefits: Enroll, Verify, or Qualifying Event.”

Employees who wish to contribute to an HSA, FSA or DCFSA in 2027 must make a new election. 2026 spending account elections will not carry forward.

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and update your benefits elections. Unless you experience a qualifying life event during the plan year, changes cannot be made after the enrollment period ends. All elections must be submitted before the Open Enrollment deadline of Nov. 6, 2026, and late enrollment exceptions cannot be accommodated.

Watch your LU email ahead of and throughout the enrollment period for important benefits updates and reminders.

When making Annual Enrollment elections, please remember you must:

• Complete your preventive wellness screening to receive the health insurance premium credit.
• Make elections for Health Flexible Spending, Dependent Care Flexible Spending and Health Savings accounts.
• Make elections to enroll in medical coverage.
• Ensure dependents are added to each plan for which you wish to cover your dependents. When adding new dependents, verification will be required.
• Confirm your elections once complete.

The OAMC System Health Plan replaces the current Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plan with WebTPA, Liviniti and Healthcare Highways.

Programs included in the new plan are listed below. If you currently participate in one of these programs, your information will automatically transfer over.

• Hinge Health: Musculoskeletal care and support
• MDLive: Virtual medical care
• Teladoc: Diabetes and hypertension management
• Wondr Health: weight management
• Catapult: Preventive health screenings
• Rezilient: Primary care for plan members living within 30 miles of Stillwater

Health Savings Account administration is moving to Chard Synder/WEX.

Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care FSA administration is moving to Chard Snyder/WEX for A&M campus employees.
