Recreation and Wellness
Promote your physical, mental and spiritual health with resources from LU’s recreation and wellness activities offered through the Office of Student Life.
The Office of Student Life provides recreation and wellness activities to help students be conscious about their physical, mental and spiritual health. We offer quality programming in the areas of leisure activities, fitness and intramurals. Our program offers students, faculty and staff the opportunity to participate in many sports and activities on a competitive and recreational level.
All skill levels are welcome, and there is no fee to participate. All you need is your Langston ID card and good sportsmanship. Sports and activities include flag football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, Zumba, gaming, and much more. Intramurals are available to all LU students, faculty and staff.
