On behalf of the Langston University Homecoming Committee, thank you for your interest in participating as a 2026 Homecoming Vendor. This year’s celebration will be held October 11-17, 2026. Early Bird Vendor Registration is from July 15-Aug. 15, 2026. Standard Vendor Registration is from Aug. 16-Sept. 30, 2026. Vendor Registration is first come, first served.

Vendors who wish to use the LU logo or trademarks must be approved in advance. To produce any merchandise bearing a mark of the university, the design must comply with our brand guidelines. You must be registered with CLC licensing. Apply and register for a license to sell merchandise at https://clc.com/. For questions about licensing, please refer to the brand guidelines webpage or email lupublicrelations@langston.edu.

All licensed vendors should review the Merchandise and Food Vender Application and Agreement. Approved vendors can submit payment via our portal below. For questions about the application and agreement, please email luhomecoming@langston.edu.
