Freshman Admission Checklist

  1. Complete the Langston University online application.
  2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. Please use Langston’s School Code 003157
  3. Submit official high school transcript(s). Transcripts must be sealed, and include graduation date and final GPA.
  4. If applicant is enrolled in high school dual enrollment courses, official sealed college transcript(s) must be submitted as well.
  5. ACT/SAT score results. These can be mailed to the Office of Admissions, P.O. Box 667, Langston, OK 73050 or emailed to luadmissions@langston.edu
  6. Immunization Records: Meningitis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (two doses), and Hepatitis B (mailed to University Health Services, P.O. Box 1500, Langston, OK 73050 OR faxed to 405-466-3402)
