Submit LU Public Relations Project Request Form
To submit a Project Request, please complete the form with your contact information, type and size of what you would like us to create, and supporting documents, wording or any other information that would help us bring your vision to life. Once submitted, you should receive a confirmation that the request has been submitted.
If you haven’t heard back from the Office of Public Relations in two days, please feel free to follow up on your request.
Due to the number of requests received, all Project Request Forms will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us directly in advance if your project is time-sensitive.
Please contact us directly via email at lupublicrelations@langston.edu prior to using outside sources or vendors so that we may assist with branding requirements as appropriate. The Office of Public Relations reserves the right to deny any request that cannot be fulfilled.
Langston University Project Request Form
Please note the approximate time needed to complete the respective projects:
- Email blasts and social media – allow at least 1 week
- Event promotion requests – allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for proper promotion
- Graphic design – allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for design and two weeks for your promotion needs
- Press releases, news stories and website updates – allow at least 2 to 3 weeks
- Photography – please schedule at least 2 months in advance
