The Langston University School of Education and Behavioral Sciences invites you to attend the Ira D. Hall and Rubye Hibler Hall Endowed Lecture Series.

The event will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the C.F. Gayles Multipurpose Gymnasium. The event is named in honor of Langston University alumni, Ira D. Hall and Rubye Hibler Hall to commemorate their commitment to education. A pinning ceremony is also scheduled. Light refreshments will be available.

This year’s lecture series will feature speaker Philip Keith Armstrong, President and CEO of the Oklahoma Center for Community & Justice (OCCJ).

The OCCJ, is a statewide organization that works to inspire and equip Oklahomans to overcome bias and bigotry through interfaith community work and youth educational programming.
