Health Clinic
The Langston University Health Clinic provides a wide range of medical services to the campus community.
The Health Clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner and a licensed nurse who can professionally diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications as needed. Our range of services includes women’s exams, diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, sexually transmitted infections (STI) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) testing, flu shots, and preventative education. No appointment is necessary. All services are confidential and at no charge to students.
Students with chronic illness are encouraged to identify a specialty provider in the surrounding community to assist in monitoring their conditions. The Health Clinic is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and is closed for lunch. Please arrive by 11:30 a.m. to be seen in the morning and by 4:30 p.m. to be seen in the afternoon. This time is devoted to caring for students with acute illnesses and injuries and to providing wellness exams. Health Services are available to all students for assessment and treatment of acute illness or injury, regardless of chronic health conditions.
The Health Clinic is located on the first floor of the University Women building at Langston University. You may contact the office at (405) 466-3335 for directions on scheduling an appointment.
